"Uday" is an innovative program created to find and support aspiring entrepreneurs in the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh regions through the joint efforts of FICCI FLO JK&L & SCHEAM India.

Our vision is to cultivate a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among the youth in the region. We provide grade 9 to Undergraduate students with a platform where they can showcase their creative ideas for businesses that aim to advance India's growth. We believe that the young minds of today have the potential to shape the future with their groundbreaking ideas. Through this program, we aim to provide the necessary resources, mentorship, and investment to turn these ideas into successful startups.

About FICCI FLO JK&L and SCHEAM India:

FICCI FLO JK&L

FICCI FLO, or FICCI Ladies Organization, empowers women entrepreneurs and professionals in India through networking, skill-building, and advocacy. It fosters women's leadership, economic independence, and social impact.

Varuna Anand is the chairperson of FICCI FLO JK & L and she is also the founder of the Splender of Kashmir. Misses Ruchika Gupta is the sr vice chairperson and Aarti Chowdry is the vice chairperson of FICCI FLO JK & L.

SCHEAM India

SCHEAM India is an investment bank fueling India's development by backing startups. Founded by Nikhil Gowda Kedambadi, it funds innovative ventures that drive economic growth and societal progress. With a focus on sustainable impact, SCHEAM INDIA empowers startups to shape India's future through strategic investments and support.
